If you could look into a crystal ball and see that a child would end up in foster care, would you prefer to be adopts birth, or go through foster care? Gaia, which is the best idea yet.
But most women that would even consider adoption as an option before birth are not women who would harm their babies. totally different demographics. And to help women parents – rather than take their children from them. And that is considered a woman of another being. a "good mother" slippery slope slippery. Yes – I know where come – Every child deserves a loving home and stable. But why do we have to remove your previous existence – change your name – do not allow contact with their links and genetic past – and make the child forever grateful for being in the position of Sh * tty that landed on the separation of families and given to another – often without relation to the first? So much more complex. And that is what many – especially in the U.S. – Do not be just about adoption in general. Many see it as have a child of there own – when they could have one biological. And it is not. It never has been. Never will be. And for those who pretend it is – just end up hurting children even more. * end rant * xx
