It can be difficult to tone your arms. Any woman who has experienced that sway in the arm as she said goodbye can attest to that. The good news is that if you are in good shape and just looking to tone the arms there is some simple exercises can do wonders to work your triceps.
Exercise One: Triceps Dip
Start with finding a chair or something similar that has an advantage that can be used for exercise.
Start Office chair back and place the heel of the palm of your hand on the edge.
Place your feet about a foot of the chair.
Then lower your body down until it can and five to ten seconds. Do about three sets of fifteen repetitions.
Exercise Two: Backwards Levante (You needs of pesos)
With weights in hand extend your arms to your side. Make sure your feet are spaced at shoulder width.
Raise your arms behind you so you can comfortably with your palms facing backwards.
Bring your arms to starting position.
Repeat this for three sets of fifteen repetitions.
Exercise Three: Overhead Triceps Press (You will need pesos)
Hold the weight comfortably with legs shoulder width apart.
Bring the weights until they are above the head and arms are almost fully extended.
The double slowly your elbow behind your head until they meet at an angle of ninety degrees.
Increase the weight back over his head. Repeat this movement in three series fifteen repetitions.
